ANODE-CMB-H6 is a specialized, highly graphitized mesocarbon microbead (MCMB) synthetic graphite designed specifically for fast-charging, high-rate lithium-ion battery applications.
Synthesized via thermal graphitization of mesophase pitch, ANDOE-CMB-H6 features a isotropic spherical morphology. This uniform spherical geometry enables multi-directional lithium-ion (Li+) intercalation, reducing electrode tortuosity compared to traditional flake graphites. Engineered with a compact sub-10mu particle distribution, ANODE-CMB-H6 shortens solid-state diffusion distances—lowering internal impedance, mitigating volumetric expansion, and supporting heavy load cycles without lithium plating.
