Blackwater Nano — Return & Refund Policy

 

All products are sold for research and industrial use only. Due to the nature of chemical materials, we cannot accept returns of opened containers. Once a seal is broken, the material's integrity and chain of custody cannot be verified, and the product cannot be resold.

 

Unopened, undamaged products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Contact us at [EMAIL] to initiate a return. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returned items must be in original sealed packaging with labels intact.

 

Damaged or incorrect shipments: If your order arrives damaged in transit or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage or discrepancy. We will replace the product or issue a full refund including shipping at our discretion.

 

Moisture and quality claims: Our powder materials are packaged under controlled low-humidity conditions with desiccant. Once the container seal is broken, moisture exposure is the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot accept returns or claims based on moisture content after the seal has been opened. Lot-specific Certificates of Analysis are available on request and reflect the material at the time of packaging.

 

All refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned product or approving the claim.
