Blackwater Nano — Shipping Policy

 

Processing Time

 

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Custom orders or large quantities may require additional processing time — we will contact you with an estimated timeline if this applies to your order.

 

Shipping Methods

 

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on package weight and destination. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

 

All chemical materials are packaged in compliance with applicable shipping regulations. Products classified as non-hazardous (most of our catalog) ship via standard ground service. If a product requires hazardous materials shipping (e.g., flammable liquids, oxidizers), additional hazmat shipping fees may apply and will be reflected at checkout or communicated before shipment.

 

Packaging

 

All powder materials are sealed with desiccant in moisture-resistant packaging inside rigid containers (HDPE jars or glass vials). Containers are packed with cushioning material to prevent breakage during transit.

 

Domestic Shipping

 

We currently ship within the United States. Standard ground delivery is typically 3–7 business days depending on location.

 

International Shipping

 

We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are located outside the US and are interested in our products, please contact us at [EMAIL] to discuss options.

 

Damaged Shipments

 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
